I found the seminar 'life changing' on Saturday! While I did know a lot of the publishing information, I was missing integral information, particularly about marketing - like marketing to UK, what to do about quotes from other authors, and it blew me away that you also find it hard to call TV companies (as I get so nervous about cold calling but I enjoy TV - weird), I loved the efficient format you presented for editing/typesetting (as I spent 8 months editing, then used 3 x editors...silly me)... and it was a complete honour to meet someone who I admire so much.
